ACT No. 78.
Senate Bill No. 207.                       By Mr. Duke.
AN ACT
To fix the salary of the Clerk of the First City Court for the City of New Orleans.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana, two-thirds of the members of each House voting in favor thereof, That the salary of the Clerk of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans be, and the same is, hereby fixed at Five thousand dollars per annum.
Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

ACT No. 176.
House Bill No. 382.       By Mr. Burke.
AN ACT
To authorize and empower the Judges of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans to make all necessary rules and regulations governing said Court.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana, That the Judges of the First City Court of the City of New Orleans are hereby authorized and empowered to make all necessary rules and regulations governing said Court.
Section 2. That all laws in conflict herewith be, and the same are, hereby repealed.
