AN ACT to change the time of holding the Courts in the third Judicial District of the State of Louisiana, so far as relates to the Parishes of Washington and St. Helena, and for other purposes.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That from and after
the passage of this act, the District Courts in the third Judicial District of this State, so far as relates to the parishes of Washington and St. Helena,
in lieu of being held on the days heretofore fixed bylaw, shall hold their sessions on the following days, to wit: In the parish of Washington, on
the second Monday in March and September; in the parish of St. Helena, on the third Monday in March and September.
