AN ACT
To create and establish the Parish of Cado, and fur other purposes.

SECT. 5. Be it further enacted, &c. That the Parish of Cado shall constitute a part of the seventh Judicial District, and sessions of the District Court shall be holden therein at the seat of Justice, or in default of the selection of a seat of Justice, at the house of Thomas Wallace, on the second Mondays of February and August in each and every year, after the passage of this act.

AN ACT
To establish the ninth Judicial District of the State of Louisiana and for other purposes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the parishes of Concordia, Madison and Carroll do form and constitute a seperate and independant Judicial District to be known and called the ninth Judicial District.

AN ACT
To form a new Parish to be called the parish of Caldwell.

SECT. 8. Be it further enacted, &c. That the parish of Caldwell shall form a part of the seventh judicial district of the State and the district Court for said parish shall be held at the seat of justice thereof on ttird Monday of April and the third Monday of October of each year.
