AN ACT to create a new Parish in the Parish of Claiborne, io be called the Pariah of Bossier.
SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, &c. That the Parish of Bossier shall form a part of the Tenth Judicial District of the State, and the District Court for said Parish shall be held on the Monday next preceding the time now fixed by law for holding tie District Court in Claiborne, to last one week.

AN ACT creating the Parish of Franklin.
SEC. 9. Be it further enacted &c., That the Parish of Franklin shall form a part of the Seventh Judicial District, and the District Courts for said Parish shall be held on the scond Monday of March and Septermber in each year, and it shall be the duty of the Clerks of the District, Parish and Probate Courts, in and for the Parishes of Catahoula, Ouachita, and Madison, to transmit, immediately after the passage of this Act, (or as soon as the different officers of said Parish of Franklin shall be appointed) to the Clerks of the District, Parish and Probate Courts of the Parish of Franklin, all petitions, answers, documents, and papers, appertaining to suits now pending, wherein the defendant or defendants reside in said Parish of Franklin.

AN ACT to create a new Parish in the County of Natchitoches to be called the Parish of Sabine.
SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, &c. That the Parish of Sabine shall form a part of the Tenth Judicial District of the State, and the District Court of said Parish shall be held on the fourth Mondays of May and December of each year.

AN ACT to form a new Parish, to be called the Parish of Tensas.
SEC.7. Be it further enacted, &c. That the Parish of Tensas shall form a part of the Ninth Judicial District of the State, and the District Court of said Parish shall be held at the seat of justice twice in each year, and shall commence its sessions on the third Monday in June and of December in each year.

AN ACT to create and establish the Parish of De Soto, and for other purposes.
SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, &c. That the Parish of De Soto shall constitute a part of the Tenth Judicial District, and the sessions of the District Court shall be holden therein, at the seat of justice, or in default of any public building at the seat of justice, it shall be holden at the nearest convenient place, until such buildings shall be prepared, on the first Monday of January and June in each and every year, after the present spring term of said District Court; and all suits now pending in either of the Parishes of Natchitoches and, Caddo, shall be tried at the next term of the Court in each of the said Parishes of Natchitoches and Caddo, as though they remained in the bounds of said Parishes.
