AN ACT
Establishing the Eighteenth Judicial District for the State of Louisiana, and fixing the terms of holding court therein.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That the parishes of Red River, Bossier and Webster are hereby set apart and shall compose a separate judicial district of the State of Louisiana, to be numbered and entitled the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Louisiana.

AN ACT
To create the parish of Webster, and providing for the complete organization thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That a new parish in the State of Louisiana be and the same is hereby created out of the contiguous portions of the parishes of Bossier, Claiborne and Bienville, to be called and known as the parish of Webster.

AN ACT
To form a new Parish, to be called the Parish of Red River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That from and after the passage of this act, there shall be a ncw parish formed from a portion of the parishes of Bienville, Bossier, Do Soto, Caddo and Natchitoches; provided, a majority of the votes cast by the qualified electors of that portion of the parishes of Natchitoches and Caddo, residing within the limits specified in section two of this act, approve the same, as hereinafter provided.

To create the parish of Vernon, and provide for the organization thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by/ the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Louisiana, in General Assembly convened, That a new parish in the State of Louisiana be and the same is hereby created out of the western portion of the parish of Rapides and the southern portion of Sabine and Natchitoches, to be called and known by the name of the parish of Vernon.
