AN ACT
To create, establish and organize the Parish of La Salle; to fix and define its boundaries; to adjust the rights of the Parishes of Catahoula and La Salle in the public buildings, property and improvements; to fix the liability of the two Parishes of Catahoula and La Salle, for the public  due by the present Parish of Catahoula on January 1, 1910; to provide for the submission of this Act to the voters of the Parish of Catahoula at a special election to be held upon the first Tuesday next following the first Monday in October, 1908, for its ratification or rejection.
