Robert L. Tullis, in suit and bow tieThe Committee on Legal Education and Admission to the Bar submitted a report at the Annual Meeting of the Louisiana Bar Association in Alexandria which recommended “a uniform system of Bar Examinations for the whole State in place of the present method of examination by several distinct committees.” The Chairman was Mr. Robert L. Tullis, of the Baton Rouge Bar. The Report favored a written exam with hypothetical questions.
