Act 308 was an act to amend and re-enact Subsection A of Section 691 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, stating the salaries, among others, of the judges of the juvenile court of the Parish of Orleans, the Parish of Caddo, and the Judge of the Family court of East Baton Rouge Parish, shall be twelve thousand ($12,000.00) dollars, payable monthly by the State Treasurer.
