Act 607: AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 36:408(H)(1) and (2)(c) and to repeal Section 11 of Act No. 567 of the 1984 Regular Session of the Legislature and Section 2 of Act No. 965 of the 1985 Regular Session of the Legislature, relative to services for juveniles and services to adults placed under the supervision of the office of juvenile services of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, to make permanent the transfer of youth services functions to the office of juvenile services, to provide otherwise with respect to the functions of the office, to repeal provisions which would terminate changes in laws relative to services for children adjudicated delinquent or in need of supervision contained in Act No. 567 of the 1984 Regular Session of the Legislature., and to provide for related matters.
