Act 145: AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:477(1) and (19), 621.1, 621.11, 621.19, 1564, 1621(A)(introductory paragraph), 1623, 1624, 1626, 1628, 1629, 1630, and 1631, relative to judges of district courts and juvenile courts; to add an additional judgeship to and to provide election sections for the First Judicial District; to add an additional judgeship to the Eleventh Judicial District; to add an additional judgeship to and to provide election sections for the Nineteenth Judicial District; to add an additional judgeship to and to provide election sections for the Juvenile Court of Caddo Parish; to add an additional judgeship to and to provide election sections for the Juvenile Court of East Baton Rouge Parish and to provide relative to the administration of such court; to provide relative to the terms of office of the judges; to provide for the effectiveness of such provisions; and to provide for related matters.
