ACT No. 111.        AN ACT        
To amend and re-enact Section 7 (as amended by Act 9 of the First Extraordinary Session of 1935) of Act 244 of 1910, entitled: "An Act to create a Commission which will have custody and control of the New Court House in the City of New Orleans; to define its powers and duties; to authorize and require the City of New Orleans to provide and appropriate funds to maintain, operate and conserve, under the control of the said Commission, the New Court House, contents and grounds in the City of New Orleans, and to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act."

ACT No. 337.      AN ACT
Regulating practice in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans; providing the manner of selecting and appointing appraisers when the taking of an inventory is authorized or ordered by said Court: prescribing their qualifications and duties; providing the manner of fixing their fees and for taxing same as costs; prescribing the duty of the judges of said court relative to inventories wherein the appraisers have not been selected and appointed in accordance with this Act, and the effect of such inventories; prescribing the effect of an order homologating inventories; providing that the provisions of this Act shall not apply to any inventory authorized or ordered prior to the effective date hereof ; and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith, provided that this Act shall not affect the provisions of Act 176 of 1914.
