ACT No. 208 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Sections 102 and 311 and Subsections A and B of Section 691 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the salaries of justices of the Supreme Court, and of judges of the Courts of Appeal, District Courts, Civil District Courts, Criminal District Courts, Juvenile Courts and Family Courts.
ACT No. 729 AN ACT
To amend Section 1171 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by amending and reenacting Subsections A and J thereof and by adding thereto a new Subsection, to be designated as Subsection Q thereof, relative to the commissioners of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans, to provide with respect to vacancies in the offices of the commissioners; to provide with respect to the salaries of the commissioners; to provide that the commissioners shall have the power to punish persons for contempt of court; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
ACT No. 755 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection B of Section 1312 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 relative to the power of the judges of the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans to control and use the funds in the judicial expense fund for the parish of Orleans, including the power to make laws thereof, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
