ACT No. 636 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection C of Section 4 of Title 3, Sections 102 and 311, Subsections A and B of Section 351, Subsection A of Section 691, Subsection B of Section 712, Section 966.1, Subsection J of Section 1171, Subsections A, F, and G of Section 1347, Section 1373.1, Subsection E of Section 1874, Paragraph (7) and Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph (10) of Section 1875, Subsection A of Section 2152, and Section 2563.5 of Title 13 and Subsection A of Section 10 and Subsection A of Section 11 of Title 16, all of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and to amend and reenact Subsection A of Section 782 of Title 13, Subsection D of Section 21 of Title 17; Subsection C of Section 17 of Title 18; Paragraph (1) of Subsection A of Section 2 of Title 22; Sections
201, 202, 221, 256, and 302 of Title 49; and Section 1162 of Title 45, all of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and all relative to salaries or portions of annual salaries, to the extent the same are payable by the state of Louisiana, to provide an increase of eight percent in the annual salaries or portions thereof, of court employees and judicial officials, of clerks of court, except in Orleans Parish, and of statewide elected officials; to provide for the effective date of said increase; and to provide with respect to related matters.
ACT No. 692 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Paragraphs (5), (6) and (7) of Subsection C of Section 2218.2 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and to amend said Subsection C by adding thereto a new Paragraph, to be designated as Paragraph (8), to provide state supplemental pay to commissioned special officers of the police department of the city of New Orleans assigned to the civil district court for the parish of Orleans, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
