ACT No. 49 AN ACT
To amend Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to add thereto a new Section to be designated as R. S. 13:941, relative to the Clerks' of Court Retirement and Relief Fund, to authorize certain designated members, employed as minute clerks in the Criminal District Court for Orleans Parish, to receive credit in the Fund for services as an employee in the office of the Clerk of said Criminal District Court performed during the period of time stated herein, and to provide the conditions therefor.
ACT No. 136 AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Subsection A of Section 691 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to salaries payable by the State to district judges, certain civil district judges, certain criminal district judges, and certain juvenile judges and family court judges.
