ACT No. 329 AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Subsection A of Section 931.1 of of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the Clerks of Court Retirement and Relief Fund, to provide with respect to membership and coverage of clerks of certain courts and their deputies and employees.
ACT No. 421 AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 931 and Paragraph 2 of Section 933 of Title 13 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 relative to the clerks of court retirement and relief fund, to provide in cities having a population in excess of 400,000 for participation of clerks of city courts, their deputies and employees of such clerks in such retirement fund.
