ACT No. 408 AN ACT
To amend Section 1377 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new subsection to be designated as R.S. 13:1377 F, relative to the criminal court cost fund for the parish of Orleans, to provide for a salary for the judges of the criminal court payable from said fund.
ACT No. 548 AN ACT
To amend Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new section to be designated as R.S. 13:1347, to create four offices of commissioner of the criminal district court for the parish of Orleans, to provide for the qualifications, powers, duties, functions, salaries, expenses and emoluments of office, appointment, terms and removal of the commissioners, and to provide for related matters.
ACT No. 575 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Section 1372 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the salaries of the deputy clerks of the Criminal District Court of the Parish of Orleans, to authorize salary increases for said deputy clerks. Notice of intention to apply for the passage of this Act has been published and evidence of such publication has been exhibited to the legislature, both as provided by Section 6 of Article IV and Section 25 of Article XIX of the Louisiana Constitution.
