ACT No. 243 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1031 and 1032, relative to clerks of court; to permit tile sureties on the clerk's bond in the parish of Orleans to be residents of the state of Louisiana; to lower the bond requirement for the clerk of the civil district court in the parish of Orleans; and to provide for related matters.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
ACT No. 889 AN ACT
To amend and reenact RS. 13:761(A), (C), and (D), relative to the Clerks' Supplemental Compensation Fund; to provide that all clerks of district courts and criminal district courts in the state shall participate in the fund; to provide which funds will be used to pay the fees in the Civil District Court for the parish of Orleans and the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans; and to provide for related matters.
