ACT No. 173. AN ACT
To amend Sub-Part C of Part III of Chapter 1 of Title 14 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new section to be designated as R. S. 67.1 relative to theft of cattle, horses, mules, sheep, hogs, or goats and providing a penalty for persons convicted of the crime of theft of cattle, horses, mules, sheep, hogs or goats.

Fixing the salaries of the Judges and Juvenile Court Judges of Parish of Caddo and two judges of Parish of Orleans of the District Courts of the State of Louisiana and the Judges of the Civil and Criminal District Courts of the Parish of Orleans.
ACT No. 382. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 1382 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the drawing of names for special jury terms of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
ACT No. 20. AN ACT
To enact Sub-Part C of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to provide that, within the boundaries of any plantation or penal farm operated by Louisiana State Penitentiary, no person shall manufacture, possess, have under his control, sell, prescribe, administer, dispense, or compound benzedrine or to be or become an addict to benzedrine, declaring benzedrine a na cotic for the purpose of this act,* and extending to this act* the provisions of R. S. 40:961 through 40:984 and R. S. 40:1002 through 40:1003.
