ACT No. 217 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1335 and 1343, relative to Criminal District Court for Orleans Parish; to provide for two additional judgeships for the criminal district court; to provide for their election and terms of office and those of their successors in office; and to provide for related matters.
ACT No. 304 AN ACT
To enact R.S. 13:1336(C), relative to criminal district court for the parish of Orleans; to provide with respect to the powers of the judges to appoint and commission a chief probation officer and other necessary probation officers; to provide for supervision of the probation officers by the district court; to authorize such probation officers to make arrests and otherwise perform the duties incident to their office; to provide a termination date; and to provide for related matters.
