ACT No. 166 AN ACT
To amend Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to add thereto a new Section, to be designated as Section 1341.2 thereof, to provide that the provisions of R.S. 13:-698 shall be applicable to the judges of the criminal district court of the parish of Orleans.
ACT No. 199 AN ACT
To amend Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new section to be designated as R.S. 13:1371.1 relative to the clerk of the criminal district court for the parish of Orleans; to provide for a salary of said clerk which the city of New Orleans is authorized to pay.
ACT No. 346 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection B of Section 1377 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the Criminal Court Cost Fund of the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans, to provide with respect to the deposit of sums composing said fund and the security for such deposits.
ACT No. 358 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Section 571.11 of Title 15 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, relative to the disposition of fines and forfeitures, and to designate additional expenses of court for which such funds may be used, and for which payments may be made out of special Criminal Court Funds.
