To amend and reenact RIS. 13:782(A) (1) (introductory paragraph) and (e) and to enact R.S. 13:782(A) (1) (0, relative to annual compensation of clerks of court; to provide for alternative population data for establishing the maximum compensation rate; to provide the maximum compensation rates in certain parishes; and to provide for related matters.
