ACT No. 68

AN ACT To appropriate funds to defray the expenses of the Louisiana Judiciary, including the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, District Courts, Criminal District Court of Orleans Parish, and other courts; and to provide for related matters.

ACT No. 104

To amend and reenact Code of Criminal Procedure Article 404(A), (C), (D), (E), and (F) and to enact Code of Criminal Procedure Article 404(G) and (H), relative to jury commissions; to provide for technical corrections; to provide for the functions of the jury commission in the parishes of Claiborne, DeSoto, Union, and Webster; to transfer the functions of the jury commission to the clerks of court of Claiborne Parish, DeSoto Parish, Union Parish, and Webster Parish; and to provide for related matters.

ACT No. 193

AN ACT To amend and reenact Children's Code Article 312 (A) and (B), relative to juvenile court jurisdiction over adults; to provide relative to juvenile court jurisdiction over adults in certain criminal proceedings; to provide relative to the exceptions to such jurisdiction; to provide for jurisdiction over adults in criminal proceedings involving certain offenses against children; and to provide for related matters.
