To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1373(B)(3) and R.S. 13:1381.1, relative to the fees of court reporters for the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans, to provide for the rate of compensation for the preparation of transcripts in criminal matters, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
ACT No. 309 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1346(D), to provide that the judge of the magistrate section of the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans, with approval of the judges of the court, may preside over jury trials of misdemeanor cases, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
