ACT No. 63 AN ACT
To enact R.S. 13:10.3, relative to the Judges' Supplemental Compensation Fund, to provide for creation of the fund to be used for salary supplements to judges and commissioners, to increase costs of civil filings to finance the fund, to provide for yearly increases of filing fees to coincide with increases in the consumer price index, to provide for contributions from the fund to cover increased retirement costs to the state, to provide for a commission to administer the fund, and to provide for related matters.
