ACT No. 86 AN ACT
To amend Section 1136 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 by adding thereto a new Subsection, to be designated as Subsection E thereof and also to amend and reenact Section 1335 and Subsection A of Section 1346 of said Title 13, to provide for uniform terms of office and dates of election for the judges of the Civil District Court and the judges and magistrate of the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
ACT No. 169 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Sections 102 and 311, Subsections A and B of Section 351, Subsections A and B of Section 691, Subsection B of Section 712, Section 966.1, Subsection J of Section 1171, Subsections A, F, and G of Section 1347, Section 1373.1, Subsection E of Section 1874, Paragraph (7) and Subparagraph (a) of Paragraph (10) of Section 1875, Subsection A of Section 2152, and Section 2563.5 of Title 13 and Subsection A of Section 10 and Subsection A of Section 11 of Title 16, all of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and relative to salaries, to provide a salary adjustment for designated court employees and officials and to provide for related matters.
ACT No. 714 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection D of Section 1346 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the judge of the magistrate section of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans, to provide with respect to the staff appointed by such judge, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
ACT No. 823 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Section 4714 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to provide relative to quarters for courts and officers in the parish of Orleans and to provide further with respect thereto.
Notice of intention to apply for the passage of this Act has been published and evidence of such publication exhibited to the legislature, both as required by Article III, Section 13 of the Louisiana Constitution of 1974.
