ACT No. 31 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 4:552(A) (4) and to enact R.S. 4:551(C) (3), (4) and (5), relative to collection and disposition of fees collected pursuant to the Louisiana Riverboat Economic Development and Gaming Control Act; to provide for the use of funds in the
Riverboat Gaming Enforcement Fund for expenses related to an automated fingerprint identification system and for expenses of the office of state police; to provide for the use of fees in Jefferson Parish; to provide relative to other fees; and to provide for related
matters.
