ACT No. 30. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Sections 962, 981, 1001 and 1002 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, providing for the regulation and control of the sale, possession, prescribing, dispensing, dealing in and distribution of, narcotic drugs; regulating the possession of syringes and needles for the unlawful administration of narcotic drugs; prescribing penalties for violation of the Uniform Narcotics Drug Law (Sub-part A of Part X of Chapter 4 of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950), and providing for the seizure, forfeiture, and sale of vessels, vehicles, and aircraft used in violation of any provisions of the laws concerning narcotic drugs.
