Making it a felony to sell, lend or offer to sell, lend or to advise the use of, or to expose for sale or to distribute in any manner or form any drug, potion, instrument, article or thing with criminal intent for the purpose of procuring a premature delivery or abortion and to provide a penalty for the violation thereof.

Defining the crime of burglary with explosives and providing the punishment therefor.
ACT No. 211. AN ACT
To protect shipments by prohibiting the stealing or the breaking or opening of any box, case, bag, or other receptacle with intent to steal any goods, wares, merchandise, or other objects while in transit between consignor and consignee, and prescribing a penalty for violation of the Act.
ACT No. 230. AN ACT
To make concubinage between a person of the aboriginal Indian race of America, known as the red race, and a person of the colored or black race a felony, fixing the punishment therefor and defining what shall constitute concubinage, and to declare the amount of proof necessary for a conviction.
