ACT No. 82.   AN ACT
To amend and re-enact the title and sub-sections 13 and 15 of Section 1, and Sections 8 and 9 of Act 14 of the Second Extraordinary Session of 1934, entitled: "An Act providing for the regulation and control of the sale, prescribing, dispensing, dealing in, and distribution of narcotic drugs, defining and relating to narcotic drugs and to make uniform the law with reference thereto, and prescribing penalties for the violation of this Act."

Act No. 135    AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 853 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1870, relative to harboring criminals.

ACT No. 369.   AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 832 (as amended by Act 72 of 1898) of the Revised Statutes of 1870; and to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.

ACT No. 412.   AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 1 of Act 221 of 1932 entitled: "An Act to define the crime of kidnaping, [sic] and to prescribe a penalty therefor; provided, however, that nothing in this Act shall be taken or intended to affect any prosecution which was pending or about to be instituted in any court at the date this Act takes effect; and repealing all laws or parts of laws, in conflict herewith."
