ACT NO. 10. AN ACT
Making the detention of any woman against her will by force, threats, putting in bodily fear, or by any other means, at a house of ill fame or elsewhere, for the purpose of prostitution, a crime.
ACT NO. 18. AN ACT
To provide for exemption from jury duty of all bona fide commercial travellers, and to provide what persons shall be considered as bona fide commercial travellers.[sic]
ACT NO. 118. AN ACT
To create, define and punish the crime of wilful [sic]and corrupt false swearing.
ACT NO. 212. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section thirty-three (33) of Act 136 of 1880, entitled: "An act to fix the fees of the.clerks of the Civil and Criminal District Courts. fqr ;the parish of Orleans, the civil and criminal sheriffs for the parish of Orleans, the clerks and constables of the city courts of New Orleans, the Register of Conveyances and, Recorder of Mortgages for the parish of Orleans; to regulate the collection of said fees, to organize a system of stamps for the collection of the fees of the clerks of said courts, the Register of Conveyances and Recorder of Mortgages for the parish of Orleans, and to regulate the duties of the Governor, Auditor of Public Accounts, Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Fiscal Agent, in relation thereto, and to prescribe certain penalties and punishment for the embezzlement, forgery and counterfeiting of said stamps.
