ACT No. 84. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Act No. 115 of 1896, entitled "An Act making it a felony for any person over the age of 18 years to have carnal knowledge of an unmarried female between the ages of 12 and 16 years, with her consent, and fixing the penalty therefor.
ACT No. 86. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 805 of the Revised Statutes of Louisiana; to define the crime of kidnapping and to prescribe a penalty therefor.
ACT No. 87. AN ACT
To make concubinage between a person of the Caucasian race and a person of the negro race a felony, fixing the punishment therefor and defining what shall constitute concubinage.
ACT No. 110. AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Section 1 of Act 63, of the General Assembly of the State of Louisiana for the year 1884, approved July 9th, 1884, entitled: "An Act to provide for the punishment of the offense and crime of attempting to extort money or any property or valuable thing, through, or by means of threats, threatening letters or communications, or by means of other unlawful acts or devices."
ACT No. 161. AN ACT
To create a commission to draft a code of criminal law, criminal procedure, and criminal correction, and to fix the compensation or salary of the members thereof and their clerk, pursuant to Articles 322 and 324 of the Constitution of 1898; to make an appropriation to carry out the provisions of this Act.
ACT No. 263. AN ACT
Making it a crime to wilfully and maliciously fire or burn or blow up any house, building, shed, outhouse levee dam, ship, vessel, steamboat, street or railroad car, or other vehicle or other construction, and to provide a penalty therefor.
