ACT No. 164 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1373.1(A) and (B) and to repeal R.S. 13:1373.1(B) as amended by Acts 1981, No. 636, relative to the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans; to provide for additional court reporters and deputy court reporters; and to provide for related matters.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
ACT No. 470 AN ACT
To amend and reenact RS. 13:782(A) and (K), 1212, 1371, and 1371.1, relative to clerks of court; to increase the salaries of the clerks of court; to establish the Louisiana Clerks of Court Certification program for the clerks of the Civil District Court and the Criminal District Court for the parish of Orleans; and to provide for related matters.
