ACT No. 39 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Sections 621.1, 621.2, 621.5, 621.7, 621.9, 621.15, 621.19, 621.22, 621.24, and 621.29, all of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and to amend said Title 13 by adding thereto a new Section, to be designated as R.S. 13:621.38, relative to the judicial districts of this state and the judges thereof, to provide for additional judges in the First, Second, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, Fifteenth, Nineteenth, Twenty-Second, Twenty-Fourth, Twenty-Ninth, and Thirty-Eighth Judicial District Courts, to create and provide for divisions of those courts, to provide the qualifications, terms, emoluments, compensation, expenses, and election of the additional judges for those courts, and to amend Section 1347 of said Title 13 by adding thereto a new Subsection, to be designated as Subsection D, to create an additional commissioner in the magistrate section of the criminal district court for the parish of Orleans, and to provide for related matters.
ACT No. 208 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Sections 102 and 311 and Subsections A and B of Section 691 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the salaries of justices of the Supreme Court, and of judges of the Courts of Appeal, District Courts, Civil District Courts, Criminal District Courts, Juvenile Courts and Family Courts.
ACT No. 776 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Paragraph (3) of Subsection B of Section 1373, Paragraph (25) of Section 1381, and Section 1381.1 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 to provide with respect to fees for court reporters and deputy court reporters for the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
