ACT NO. 34.        AN ACT
To amend and re-enact Article 195 (as amended by Act 23 of the Second Extraordinary Session of 1934) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, relative to the drawing of names for petit juries for the Parish of Orleans.

ACT No. 43.    AN ACT
Making it a crime for any male person over the age of seventeen years to carnally know any female who is insane, an idiot or imbecile, knowing her to be so; and prescribing a penalty for the violation of this Act.

ACT No. 99.       AN ACT
Making it a felony to injure or disfigure, or to attempt to injure or disfigure, any person with scalding hot water, carbolic acid, hot grease, molten lead, vitriol, nitric acid, nitrate of silver or any other corrosive acid or caustic substance, or any other hot liquid or hot substance whatsoever; prescribing penalties therefor, and repealing all laws inconsistent or in conflict herewith.

ACT No. 163.     AN ACT
Defining the term "security"; making it a felony to make or cause to be made, with intent to deceive, any misrepresentation concerning any security, in the course of selling, transferring, exchanging, trading, or in any other manner disposing of said security; and providing for penalties upon conviction thereof.
