ACT No. 224 AN ACT
To enact R.S. 13:1385, relative to the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court; to provide for the assessment of a bail bond fee in the Orleans Parish Criminal District Court; to provide for the payment, collection, and distribution of the assessment; and to provide for related matters.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
