ACT No. 204 AN ACT
To enact R.S. 13:1381.4, relative to a judicial expense fund for the Criminal District Court for Orleans Parish; to provide for an increase in court costs; to provide for a separate account for the fund; to provide for acceptable expenditures for the fund; and to provide for related matters.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
