ACT No. 190 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection B of Section 1372 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to provide that salaries of employees of the clerk's office of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans may correspond to the official pay plan for the city of New Orleans.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the constitution of Louisiana.
ACT No. 612 AN ACT
To amend and reenact Subsection B of Section 1372 and Section 1373.1 of Title 13 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 relative to increasing the salaries of the employees of the Clerk's Office, Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans in accordance with the salary ranges as established by the city of New Orleans and to increase the salaries payable to the minute clerks of said court and the minute clerks of the commissioners of said court; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Notice of intention to apply for the passage of this Act has been published and evidence of such publication exhibited to the legislature, both as provided by Section 13 of Article III of the constitution of Louisiana.
