ACT No. 300 AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1381.4(A), relative to the judicial expense fund of Orleans Parish Criminal District Court, to authorize the criminal district court to assess an additional cost against the defendant in misdemeanor and felony cases, to provide that sums collected shall be deposited into the judicial expense fund, and to provide for related matters.
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
