1982 Act No. 267
AN ACT To enact R.S. 56:1841(10) and R.S. 56:1848, relative to historic and scenic rivers, to provide that the provisions of the natural and scenic rivers system law shall be applicable to designated historic and scenic rivers and further that full consideration shall be given to the detrimental effect of any proposed action upon the historic and scenic character thereof, to define "historic and scenic river", to designate Bayou St. John within the boundaries of Orleans Parish as a "historic and scenic river", and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
