Act 545: AN ACT
To amend and renact* R.S. 13:1587.1(C), to provide relative to the duties of certain probation officers of the Department of Health and Human Resources, and to provide for related matters.

Act 584: AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:1580, relative to placement of children assigned to the custody of the Department of Health and Human Resources; to require placement of a child within thirty days after necessary evaluations have been completed and subinitted to said department, unless the court, after written notification by the department, for good cause shown grants an ex parte extension of time for placement; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
Act 604: AN ACT
To amend and reenact the first undesignated paragraph of R.S. 13:1601 (but not including designated Subsections (A) through (G) thereof), and R.S. 13:1602(D), relative to the termination of parental rights, to authorize the court to order the district attorney to file a petition for termination of parental rights, to authorize the district attorney to appoint attorneys representing the Department of Health and Human Resources to bring such actions, to provide with respect to proof in such actions, and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
