ACT NO. 22. AN ACT
To regulate the return day for appeals from District Courts to the Court of Appeal for the Parish of Orleans.
ACT NO. 24. AN ACT
To provide for the publication of all judicial and legal advertisements in the English Language only, and repealing Act No. 125 of 1888 of the General Assembly of the State of Louisiana.
ACT NO. 141. AN ACT
To provide for the appointment of five official shorthand reporters for the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans; to provide their duties; to fix their compensation; to provide for substitutes and fix their compensation; to limit the amount of expense for which the shorthand reporters may be reimbursed and to provide for the payment of the salaries of the shorthand reporters, or their substitutes, and the reimbursement of their expenses out of the Judicial Expense Fund for the Parish of Orleans, and to fix the charges litigants must pay for the use of the said shorthand reporters.
