Newspapers

The Law Library of Louisiana has a subscription to the "Louisiana Historical Archives", a newspaper database from NewsBank. It contains 34 newspapers, with coverage ranging in date from 1803 to 2013. Most of the newspapers were published in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, but three are from Alexandria, and one is from St. Francisville. Because of our subscription terms, the database must be accessed from here in the building.
