AN ACT To enact R.S. 13:719 and 720, relative to the office of commissioner for the Twenty-second Judicial District Court; to create and to provide for qualifications, salary and benefits, restrictions on employment, quarters, supplies, equipment, and employees for such office; to provide for duties and powers of such office; to provide for funding; and to provide for related matters.

(k) Supervise defendants sentenced under the provisions of the drug court in accordance with the policies set down by the judges of the Twenty-second Judicial District Court.
