AN ACT
To enact R.S. 13:2500.2, relative to additional criminal court costs for the Municipal Court of New Orleans, to provide for imposition of additional costs, to provide 358 for disposition, to authorize uses for the additional costs, and to provide for related matters.
"there shall be taxed as costs against every defendant who is convicted after trial or after he pleads guilty or who forfeits his bond a nonrefundable sum of fifteen dollars, which shall be in addition to all other fines, costs, or forfeitures lawfully imposed."
