AN ACT To amend and re-enact Part II of Chapter 12 of Title 17 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the donation of human remains, to provide with respect to authorizing the gift of all or part of a human body after death, for specified purposes, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
