AN ACT To attach a portion of the territory of the parish of Catahoula to the parish of Franklin, and to provide for the collection of the taxes and transfer of suits.

To repeal an Act entitled "AN ACT To amend and re-enact section two (2) of an act entitled "An Act to form a new parish to be called the parish of Red River," approved July 1, 1872, and to amend and re-enact section two (2) of an Act entitled "AN ACT To form a new parish, to be called the Parish of Red River," approved March 2, 1871.
