ACT NO. 167. AN ACT President and To amend and re-enact Sections 2, 8, 9, 19, 35, 44, 47, and 73 of Act No. 214 of 1902, approved July 10, 1902, entitled “An act in relation to free public schools, and to regulate public education in the State of Louisiana; to provide a revenue for the same, and impose certain penalties; and to apply fines imposed by District Courts, and amounts collected on bonds, to the purpose of public education."
