ACT No. 28 To amend and re-enact Section 17, Section 18, Section 19, Section 20 (as amended by Act No. 5 of the first extra session of 1934), Section 21, Section 22 (as amended by Act No. 5 of the first extra session of 1934), Section 23 (as amended by Act No. 110 of the regular session of 1934), Section 24, Section 25 (as amended by Act 8 of the second extra session of 1934), Section 27 (as amended by Act No. 8 of the second extra session of 1934, and Section 32 (as amended by Act No. 110 of the regular session of 1934), of Act 97 of 1922, entitled: "An Act to provide for calling, holding, conducting and regulating primary elections by political parties and to define the term political party; to provide for defraying expenses of said primary elections; and to prescribe what violations of the provisions of this act shall be offenses and to provide penalties for same; and to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith," so as to further carry out Section 4 of Article VIII of the Constitution, and to provide fairness in party primary elections.
