ACT No. 8. AN ACT To amend and re-enact Sections 3, 5, 25 (as amended by Act 110 of 1934), 27 (as amended by Act 110 of 1934), 28 and 30 (as amended by Act 215 of 1924) of Act 97 of 1922, entitled: "An Act to provide for calling, holding, conducting and regulating primary elections by political parties and to define the term political party; to provide for defraying expenses of said primary elections; and to prescribe what violations of the provisions of this act shall be offenses and to provide penalties for same; and to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith."

ACT No. 110. AN ACT To amend and re-enact Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 23, 25, 26, 27, 32, 33 and 34 of Act 97 of 1922, entitled "An Act to provide for calling, holding, conducting and regulating primary elections by political parties and to define the term political party; to provide for defraying expenses of said primary elections; and to prescribe what violations of the provisions of this act shall be offenses and to provide penalties for same; and to repeal all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith"; and to further amend said Act by adding thereto a new Section 34 providing penalties for parties not in good faith attempting to qualify as candidates under said Act 97 of 1922, as now or hereafter amended, and a new Section 35 defining what constitutes notice within the meaning of said Act 97 of 1922, as now or hereafter amended, and .by adding thereto a new Section No. 36, providing that if any part of said Act 97 of 1922, as amended, shall be found to be unconstitutional the other parts thereof shall not be thereby affected.

AN ACT To require all State Tax Collectors, Ex-Officio Tax Collectors, and acting Tax Collectors to keep a separate cash book for the entering of poll tax collections, and to provide the manner in which said collections shall be entered in said cash book, and to provide a penalty for violation thereof.
