AN ACT To amend and reenact Subsection A of Section 94 of Title 14 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to the definition of the offense of illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities; and to provide for the applicability of this Act.
AN ACT To amend and reenact Section 91 of Title 14 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, relative to unlawful sales to minors, to provide with respect to such sales of beverages of high or low alcoholic content or of any firearm or other instrumentality customarily used as a dangerous weapon to any person under the age of eighteen.
AN ACT To amend and reenact Subsection A of Section 735, Section 742 and Section 5683, all of Title 9 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950; Section 4751 of Title 13 of said revised statutes; Section 91 of Title 14 of said revised statutes; Section 570 of Title 15 of said revised statutes; Section 547 and Subsection A of Section 550 of Title 22 of said revised statutes; Subsection A of Section 79 and Subsection A of Section 279, both of Title 26 of said revised statutes, and to repeal Section 23 of Title 29 of said revised statutes, all relative to minors, to provide that eighteen years shall be the age of majority and that any person who has attained the age of eighteen years shall have all of the rights and responsibilities which all persons who have attained the age of twenty-one now enjoy and to the other- wise provide with respect thereto.
